Remuneration: £60,000 - £80,000 (DOE) + performance related bonus

The role of the Estimator - Flat Roofing Systems will involve:

• Estimator position promoting a high quality range of modern flat roofing, membranes and waterproofing systems to national house builders
• Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements
• Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required
• Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices
• Producing formal quotations to clients
• Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
• Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
• Estimating for projects ranging in value up to circa £5m+

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Roofing Systems with:

• Must have estimating experience within the roofing market sector
• Familiar with a range of flat roofing systems such as Bauder, Langley, Axter, Garland, and Radmat etc
• Sound understanding of roofing and building legislation
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong numerical skills
• Full UK driving license
• IT literate (Microsoft Office, particularly savvy in Excel)
• Confident and articulate individual
