Salary: £21.00 per hour

Hours: 07:00-18:00, Monday to Saturday

Requirements: CPCS or NPORS card with CSCS logo, Safety Critical Medical, Highways England Passport (assistance available)

Foundation Personnel are seeking a dedicated Groundworkers to join a well-established civil engineering contractor based in Tiverton, Devon. The company is renowned for delivering high-quality infrastructure and civil projects across the UK. The successful candidate will be involved in building catchpits, small drainage work, and operating dumper and roller equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build catchpits and perform small drainage works.
• Operate Forward Tipping Dumper and Ride-on Roller as required.
• Assist with various general groundworks tasks on site.
• Work closely with the team to ensure tasks are completed according to project specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Follow all site health and safety protocols.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Groundworker in the civil engineering sector.
• CPCS or NPORS card with CSCS logo is essential.
• Safety Critical Medical is required.
• Highways England Passport is preferred (assistance can be provided).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be able to provide 2 references.
