Day-to-day of the role:

Conduct stock counts and ensure accuracy in inventory management.

Pick items meticulously for next-day delivery.

Load company vehicles as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor, adhering to weight distribution guidelines.

Maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment, following all safety guidelines and procedures.

Collaborate effectively within a small team to meet and exceed operational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Valid Forklift Licence (Counterbalance and/or Aisle Master).

Proven experience in van/lorry loading with knowledge of weight distributions.

Awareness of safe handling practices.

Adequate knowledge of electronic ERP systems.

Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to collaborate within a small team environment.
