Your new company
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to work on a busy construction/refurbishment project. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of general building, making-good and finishing works, so a strong all-round practical background is essential.

Your new role

• Cutting out service holes in plasterboard ceilings
• Carrying out concrete and screed infills to service chases within slabs and screeded floors
• Breaking out and removing existing screed where required
• Patching and making good plastered walls
• Touching up previously painted and finished walls
• Completing mastic, silicone and general sealing works

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience within construction, refurbishment, maintenance or finishing works
• Good all-round practical and multi-trade skills
• Experience with plasterboard, patch plastering, screening, mastic/sealing and basic decorating
• Confident using hand and power tools
• Blue CSCS
