We Are Footprint is recruiting on behalf of a key client for an experienced Finishing Site Manager to join a new build apartment project in Salford.

Role Details:

Position: Finishing Site Manager

Location: Salford

Rate: £280 per day

*

Duration: 2–4 weeks

Start Date: Immediate

Project Type: New build apartments

Requirements:

*

Valid SMSTS certificate

*

Valid CSCS card

*

In-date First Aid certification

*

Proven experience managing finishing stages on residential or apartment schemes

*

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage snagging and final handover
