JOB DESCRIPTION:

Groundworker required for a Social Housing company to cover housing in the Manchester Area. Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Groundworker to join the team. This a long term secure contract position with the view to going permanent. Opportunities of progression available.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• General Groundworks
• Must have experience in Flagging and Drainage
• Planned and preventative maintenance
• New-installation
• Repair and replace electrical fittings
• Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults
• Carrying out work safely and efficiently
• Building relationships with customers on site

Requirements for the role

• CSCS Card
• Driving License

On offer is a competitive hourly rate of between £16.70 - £21.33 per hour. My client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
