Working Foreman/ Site Supervisor needed to join a new contract on the outskirts of Ipswich

The project:

A mix use development project starting in mid-August, including both new build and renovation elements.

Duties:
The role will be split between working 'on the tools' and supervision duties. The ideal candidate will be highly flexible and keen to 'muck in' as part of the team with a background as either a Carpenter or General Builder/ Multi Trade.

Start date:
mid- August - exact date TBC

Standard shift: 8am to 5pm - Monday to Friday
Access: parking available on site. Local buss routes.

Requirements:

• valid CSCS card
• SSSTS & First Aid
• trade Background, Carpentry/ General Building
• own tools, PPE, etc
• able to reliably commute to Ipswich IP5
