Our client is a main contractor who is seeking to recruit a Freelance Senior Site Manager to lead a £1m Industrial Fit Out project starting in January.
The Project
* £1m Undercroft Fit Out of an Industrial Unit in Rugby
* Stand alone Senior Site Manager running the project reporting into a visiting Operations Manager
* Client facing, updating short term programmes etc
* Programme is likely to be 21-25 weeks, they are just agreeing this with the client
