Our client is looking for a Estimator to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Ensure that all plot choices and extras are priced and checked then entered on the construct system for invoicing.
• Xyz’s are created and entered on the appropriate system. Copies of xyz are filled in the project folders.
• Communicate any Contract changes to all departments and adding variations to Construct ensuring that the correct figures are always invoiced.
• Ensure full compliance with Company commercial and other procedures
• Accepts extra duties as situations arise
• Provide accurate and organise estimates for the varying plot options ensuring the capture of requested upgrades options, other variations and potential risks.
• Organize sub-contractors’ quotations, negotiate to ensure quotes meet contract documents.
• liaison with the purchasing coordinator enabling correct, complete and timely orders to be placed.
• Maintain relationships with sub-contractors and clients.
• Assists Commercial Director & Head Estimator and work as a member of a cohesive team.
• Analyse drawings and specifications.
