This role is ideal for professionals from the electrical field looking for a career shift into education, or experienced tutors and assessors seeking new challenges. Day-to-day of the role:

Deliver outstanding teaching and assessment up to Level 3, including study programmes, adult programmes, and apprenticeships.

Engage in both workshop and classroom environments, focusing on electrical installations.

Utilize an enthusiastic and engaging approach to motivate students and support them in achieving their potential.

Develop creative resources to inspire outstanding learning.

Monitor and track learner progress to promote positive outcomes.

Participate in curriculum development and work collaboratively with the curriculum team and other departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Vocational qualification at Level 3 or above in a relevant field.

Relevant teaching qualification and assessor's award, or willingness to work towards these.

Experience in the electrical field, either in a practical or educational capacity.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Ability to deliver a blend of practical, theoretical, and digital learning experiences.
