This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established architectural practice who provide award-winning design services to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for a talented and motivated Senior Architectural Technician to help deliver on a range of housing projects for their Romsey studio.

To be successful in applying for the role of Senior Architectural Technician, you will need to have an architectural design-based degree with strong UK based experience within a relevant role. The individual will need to be able to demonstrate proficiency with industry standard software such as Revit or AutoCAD, as well as having a background in delivering residential and mixed-use projects.

• Relevant degree within Architecture design
• Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician
• Experience working on residential and mixed-use projects
• Proficient with AutoCAD or Revit
• Experience using Sketchup
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driver's license
