This is an excellent opportunity to join a multidisciplined practice who operate nationwide and work on various residential projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join their expanding technical team in their Romsey offices.

To be successful in applying for the role of Senior Architectural Technician, you will need to be able to produce high quality technical drawings for residential projects, having a previous background within the residential sectors working as a technician. The successful individual will be proficient with industry standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit, as well as possessing strong technical knowledge of UK building regulations.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

• Strong experience working as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
• Strong experience working on residential and mixed-use projects
• Strong interest in residential design and placemaking
• Proficient with AutoCAD
• Experience with Revit would be beneficial
• Good technical knowledge and understanding of building regulations
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Live within a commutable distance to Romsey
• Full UK Drivers license
