Plumber Romford
Salary: £37,000 £45,000 (depending on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team in Romford , working primarily within live hospital environments . This role offers a competitive salary, long-term stability, and the opportunity to work on essential projects that make a real difference to patients and staff.

• Carry out plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair works in hospital settings.

• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures.

• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and safely.

• Work flexibly around hospital operations with minimal disruption to services.

• Liaise with supervisors and other trades to complete works on time and to high standards.

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent).

• Valid CSCS card.

• Previous experience working in live healthcare environments (desirable but not essential).

• Knowledge of water regulations and relevant building services standards.

• Good understanding of health & safety requirements in sensitive environments.

• Professional and reliable, with strong attention to detail.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills for liaising with hospital staff and colleagues.

• Flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.
