Reed is recruiting on behalf of a reputable construction company in Medway, known for its robust projects and commitment to quality. We are seeking a diligent Sales Ledger Clerk to join their finance team and support their financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the sales ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Process customer invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.

Assist with month-end closing and reporting activities.

Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments to resolve queries.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a sales ledger role, preferably within the construction sector.

Studying towards AAT qualification is preferred.

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
