As the company continues to grow and deliver a greater volume of projects, they are expanding their Project Management function, aiming to maintain and drive forwards the exceptional levels of service and reputation they are known for.

This is a key senior leadership position, reporting to the Operations Director and taking responsibility for the Project Management function. You will lead and develop a small growing team while directly managing a number of significant projects and escalations for key clients.

In this position, you will take responsibility for:

• Ensuring projects are delivered within budgets, timeline and quality objectives
• Directly managing 5–10 significant and complex project
• Assisting to develop and roll out strategies for commercial performance including profitability, growth and efficiency opportunity
• Recruiting, leading, mentoring and developing a small team
• Overseeing project pipeline across all stages, providing guidance and an escalation point internally and externally
• Implementing and improving systems for project management
• Key customer management - assisting Sales team as a liaison point for key client relationships
• Reporting to and working with the Senior Leadership on business improvement projects
• Site visits - UK based, occasional overnight stays.
