Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for the chance to own and develop a high-potential desk? We’re representing an established, growing recruitment agency that’s actively seeking someone to take charge of a Health & Safety desk within their white-collar construction and civil engineering division.

What’s on Offer?

• Basic Salary : £30,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)
• Uncapped Commission : Starting at 10%, rising up to 35% of billings

What They’re Looking For:

• Previous recruitment experience (ideally within white-collar construction or civil engineering)
• Business development capability and client delivery experience
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and organised with a confident approach
• Experience recruiting within Health & Safety is a bonus but not essential
