Marketing Executive
Location : Rickmansworth (Hybrid - 4 days in the office, 1 day at home)
Salary : Up to £30,000 + Benefits

What You'll Be Doing:

• You'll create and lead marketing campaigns that resonate with clients, candidates, and future team members, directly contributing to growth.
• Take the reins of social media channels and email marketing, driving digital strategies that bring real results.
• Write engaging and on-brand content for the website, social media, case studies, and marketing materials, making sure everything reflects your company's voice and values.
• Dive into campaign performance data and use those insights to help refine strategies and improve results.
• Be the mastermind behind organising events that leave a lasting impression and get people talking.

What We're Looking For:

• Ideally, you'll have a degree in Marketing (or something related) and at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a marketing role.
• You can craft content that is clear, engaging, and speaks to your audience.
• You've got experience with CRM and CMS platforms (Bullhorn & Volcanic are ideal, but any similar platforms will work).
• You're passionate about social media and know how to use it to drive results.
• You're comfortable planning and executing events that enhance your brand's presence.
• Experience with podcasts would be a big plus!
• Experience in recruitment marketing is great, but not essential.
