Shuttering Joiner – Long-Term Project
Location: Redcar, TS10 5QW

Pay Rate:

• £20.11 per hour for first 39 hours
• £30.16 after 39 hours

Travel time will be paid plus paid Holidays

Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Shuttering Joiners to join a major long-term project. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work with a reputable contractor, contributing to a skilled and high-performing site team.

Key Duties

• Build and dismantle formwork for concrete structures

• Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification

• Support day-to-day site operations and problem solving

• Communicate effectively with site teams and management

• Maintain high standards of quality and productivity

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in shuttering or formwork

• Ability to read drawings and work to specification

• Reliable, proactive, and ready to start immediately

• Strong team player with good communication skills

Essential Qualifications

• CSCS card

• Proof of right to work in the UK
