NOW HIRING: Groundworker
Location: Redcar, TS10 5QW
Pay Rate: £17.35 per hour (PAYE)

We are currently recruiting an experienced Groundworker with dumper ticket to join our team on an active construction project in Redcar (TS10 5QW). The successful candidate will support a wide range of Groundworks while also operating a dumper when required, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Position Available: Groundworker

What We're Looking For

Valid CSCS card

Valid CPCS or NPORS with CSCS Dumper ticket

Proven experience as a Groundworker on civils or construction projects

Ability to undertake a variety of site duties (general labouring, basic tooling, assisting trades, etc.)

Strong understanding of site safety and compliance

Ability to work effectively within a team

Reliable, proactive, and safety-driven attitude

Valid Right to Work in the UK

Key Duties

Supporting daily construction activities across the site

Operating dumper when required

Assisting trades and specialist teams where required

Performing general labouring tasks safely and efficiently

Maintaining work areas and ensuring site cleanliness

Following all site safety procedures and reporting hazards

Completing tasks to support smooth project delivery
