Maintenance Manager

Venn Group are working with large organisation based in Berkshire to recruit for a Maintenance Manager to lead their teams

Duration : 6-9 months

Location : Berkshire

Pay rate: £25 per hour (umbrella)

The successful candidate will:

• Support the delivery of an efficient maintenance service, using a CAFM system, with a focus on reactive maintenance
• Manage the maintenance team, ensuring good quality, cost effective timely repair service is being carried out
• Provide technical advice and support for teams
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, contractors, and the wider Estates team

The successful candidate will have:

• Mechanical or electrical qualifications
• Experience of planned, preventive and reactive day-today maintenance issues
