Our client based in Reading is currently seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative.
This role focuses on proactively promoting a range of ICT, Content Services, and Managed Print Solutions (MPS), driving sales growth in both existing and new business across various market sectors (Commercial, Corporate, and Public Sector).
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and exceed monthly targets for ICT, Content Services, and MPS solutions.

Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

Focus on new business acquisition and renewals within existing accounts.

Build relationships with key decision-makers and utilize resources for lead generation.

Maintain accurate CRM records and manage sales opportunities.

Ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience:

Proven sales experience in ICT, MPS, or similar solutions with a strong track record of exceeding targets.

Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage the full sales cycle and deliver customer value.

Knowledge of leasing, deal construction, and cross-selling.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work towards KPIs.
