We're Looking for a Skilled Handyperson to Join Our Team!

Are you a reliable and experienced Handyperson with a CSCS card and your own tools? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in Reading starting on 6th January 2025 . As part of our construction project, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that the site runs smoothly, supporting tradesmen, and carrying out general maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Carrying out basic maintenance and repairs across the site
• Assisting with general construction tasks and providing support to tradesmen
• Ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained
• General cleaning and tidying of the work area to maintain a safe environment
• Supporting site management with any ad hoc duties as required
• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times

What We're Looking For :

• Valid CSCS card (essential)
• Own tools to carry out maintenance and general tasks
• Previous experience in a similar role, particularly on construction sites
• Proactive, with a good eye for detail and a hands-on approach
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
• Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required
