Your Role:
You will handle a broad range of commercial property development matters, including:
-
Acquisition & disposal of development land
-
Planning & infrastructure agreements (including CIL contributions)
-
Secured lending & development finance
-
Site set-up for residential and commercial disposals
-
Easements, covenants & non-contentious construction agreements
-
Sales & purchases of residential property (acting unsupervised)
-
Advising on SDLT and property tax implications
What We’re Looking For?
-
5+ years' PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive in property development or commercial property
-
Strong technical expertise in land acquisitions, planning and secured finance
-
Ability to work independently and manage high-value transactions
-
Ambition to develop the firm's property development offering with marketing & business development support
