360 Operator (National Grid Substation)

Rayleigh, Essex
Project:
National Grid Substation – Drainage and Catchpit Installations (2-2.5m in depth)
Hours:
07:30 - 17:30 (Exact hours to be confirmed)
Duration:
7 Months
Salary or Pay Rate:
Competitive, dependent on experience
Requirements:

EUSR Tickets
(Gas + Core)

CPCS or NPORS w/CSCS certification

Minimum of
2+ years
experience in excavation and drainage installations

Familiarity with working in National Grid Substations or similar environments
Key Responsibilities:

Operate 360 Excavators to excavate, install drainage systems, and manage catchpit installations

Follow strict safety protocols and National Grid regulations

Perform daily equipment checks and maintenance

Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to complete work efficiently and safely
Qualifications and Experience:

Valid CPCS or NPORS w/CSCS certification for 360 Excavators

EUSR Tickets (Gas + Core)

Previous experience working on similar utilities or National Grid substation projects

Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
