I am seeking a Stock Planner to join a diverse and experienced team. This role is crucial for the successful delivery and supply of finished goods to my clients’ facility in Rayleigh and their customers overseas. As a Stock Planner, you will be pivotal in helping the company achieve Operational Excellence and meet their core strategic objectives. You will be instrumental in delivering market-leading audio products and ensuring the smooth operation of their supply chain.
Day-to-day of the role:

Planning and replenishing finished stock to the warehouses, considering customer needs, storage space, and financial constraints.

Planning UK production activities and liaising with suppliers and the sales admin team to arrange direct factory orders.

Ensuring suppliers maintain sufficient call-down stock and managing end-of-line stock and component surplus.

Reviewing and adjusting factory production and container plans to support R&D, Sales, and Engineering in planning for new product launches.

Seeking to improve waste reduction and end-of-line write-offs through effective problem-solving and providing solutions.

Owning, evolving, and developing the stock and production planning processes.

Providing monthly KPI data to the Procurement Manager and contributing to the journey towards “Operational Excellence” as defined in the 5-year strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Competency in MS Excel and MS 365.

Previous experience working with an ERP system.

Knowledge of SAP Business One.

Customer-focused with the ability to build relationships.

Excellent administration and communication skills.

Self-driven and able to multi-task.
Preferred:
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in a planning role or similar supply chain role, ideally in a manufacturing environment.

Experience in forecasting techniques.

Experience working with Netstock stock management system.
