Day-to-day of the role:

Marketing Strategy Development:
Design and implement an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with their business goals.

Content Creation:
Collaborate with external agencies to produce compelling content for various platforms including websites, social media, and email campaigns.

Digital Marketing Oversight:
Manage all aspects of digital marketing including SEO, PPC, and social media to ensure optimal performance.

Lead Generation:
Develop strategies to generate leads, supporting the sales team and enhancing the sales pipeline.

Brand Management:
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Event Management:
Organize and manage company events, trade shows, and exhibitions to ensure they are executed professionally and effectively.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with business development goals.

Agency and Supplier Management:
Maintain relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum 3 years in marketing, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.

Digital Marketing Skills:
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and email marketing.

Tools Proficiency:
Experienced with CRM systems, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and HubSpot.

Creative and Analytical:
Ability to develop creative marketing strategies and analyse their effectiveness.

Communication:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education:
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
