National supplier of building materials into the construction sector seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Office Manager to drive sales within regional Contractors and House Builders.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the regional sales office to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Internal Sales staff.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors and house builders.

Identify new business opportunities and drive market share growth.

Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports.

Collaborate with marketing, and customer service teams.
Requirements:
