Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth.

Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Cost Control & Profitability Analysis
- Monitor expenses, analyse cost structures, and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.

Risk Management & Internal Controls
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
- Oversee cash flow, manage working capital, and ensure financial stability.

Business Partnering
- Collaborate with senior management and operational teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Audit & Tax Compliance
- Coordinate with external auditors, manage tax filings, and ensure adherence to financial policies.

Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and mentor finance teams, fostering professional growth and efficiency.
Profile

Qualified or QBE accountant

Manufacturing or construction experience

Strong systems knowledge, ideally Sage

Job Offer

Salary circa £60,000-£80,000 dependent on experience
