Are you an experienced Enterprise Architect looking to lead and shape digital transformation? We’re seeking a skilled professional to develop and implement a Council’s digital architecture, ensuring alignment with current and future business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of the Council’s digital architecture.

Align technology, platforms, data, processes, and services with business goals and future requirements.

Establish and embed enterprise architecture processes, documentation, and tools in a large, complex environment.

Drive strategic initiatives across business, data, application, and infrastructure domains.

Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective and innovative architectural solutions.
Qualifications:

Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience within IT Enterprise Architecture.

Professional qualification or certification in Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman Framework).
Experience:

Proven track record of establishing and implementing an Enterprise Architecture capability from scratch.

Significant experience aligning IT strategy with business goals in large, complex environments.
