Our client are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to ensure that they remain compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements and their properties are managed and documented correctly.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor contractor performance
• Manage operational budgets
• Facilitate company audits
• Support client management team in delivering high standards to our clients
• Onboard new contractors and offboard underperforming contractors
• Monitoring contract performance and compliance
• Resolving disputes and issues

Required

• 5+ years experience
• Full UK drivers license
• RICS Certification preferred
• Contract negotiation
• Performance management
