£75,000 - £85,000 + £5,200 Car Allowance
Hays is working in partnership with a leading organisation to recruit a Regional Projects Lead to oversee a significant project portfolio across the South (Wiltshire, Dorset and Hampshire regions), with a base at HMS Collingwood, Portsmouth.
This is a senior leadership role, ideal for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Senior Account Manager / Account Director, with a background in construction and/or FM projects.
The RoleYou will take ownership of a c. £70m project portfolio, leading high-performing regional teams to deliver against contractual, financial and operational objectives.
Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing regional project teams, including managers of managers
• Driving performance against KPIs, SLAs and contractual obligations
• Full financial responsibility, including budgets, forecasting and cost control
• Building and maintaining complex client relationships at senior level
• Delivering continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio
• Ensuring consistent high standards across project delivery and operational performance

About You
To be successful, you will demonstrate:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within projects (FM or construction)
• Strong experience managing large, complex client relationships
• A track record of leading multi-layered teams (managing managers)
• Accountability for KPI performance, contractual delivery and financial outcomes
• Experience overseeing large-scale project portfolios (ideally regional/multi-site)
• Commercial awareness with the ability to drive performance and improvement
