Simon Acres are proud to be partnered with one of the UK’s leading roofing specialists, renowned for their extensive product range and exceptional customer service. They are currently looking for a full-time Trade Counter Assistant to join their dynamic team at the branch in Poole area.
This is an exciting opportunity, paying £25,000 + bonus for an outgoing and customer-focused individual to become the face of the trade counter. You’ll engage with customers both in person and over the phone, assisting with orders, providing expert product advice, and supporting the smooth running of the branch.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with trade customers.

Process orders efficiently and offer tailored product advice.

Assist with warehouse and yard duties, including picking and packing customer orders.

Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and maintain branch standards.

Experience: A background in the construction industry is advantageous, particularly with product and sales knowledge.
