My client is looking for a Senior Credit Controller at their flagship business focused on fire-safety services and net zero retrofit. This role is ideal for someone with significant experience in credit control, looking to advance their career in a well-capitalised, high-growth company.
Day-to-day of the role:

Drive timely debt recovery, monitor aged debt, and report on outstanding accounts to senior management.

Upload invoices to portals and assist with payment allocations and bank reconciliations.

Ensure timely debt collection and maintain accurate reporting.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Resolve queries by liaising with the finance team and other departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Previous credit control experience is essential.

Experience within a construction or fire safety finance function is desirable.

AAT qualification or equivalent finance qualifications are advantageous but not essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience in using accounting software, preferably Netsuite.

Excellent communication skills, both on the telephone and in writing.

Strong attention to detail.

Good customer relationship building skills.
