You will be working in the Infrastructure OU as part of our role in the @one Alliance, where we're helping Anglian Water deliver a £2.6 billion investment in vital infrastructure. From civil works to water treatment facilities, this programme strengthens environmental protection across the East of England - safeguarding water resources for generations to come

We are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who will provide commercial management for an allocated area of an @one alliance contract and manage a small team of commercial professionals.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:

• Demonstrate the highest levels of commercial integrity and financial self-assurance.
• Commercial management of the allocated area.
• Provide transparent, accurate and timely commercial reporting;
• Adherence to the @one alliance internal governance to satisfy contractual and legal requirements.
• Identifying and delivering commercial process efficiencies, manage financial and commercial risk.
• Foster close working relationships with all key stakeholders including programme delivery and operational teams.
• Line management, coaching and developing commercial direct reports.

We are looking for:

• Awareness of NEC3 forms of contract, construction and contract law.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience of Quantity Surveying, data analysis and reporting.
• Experience of managing a team across a matrix environment.
• Commerical Accumen
