Projects / Contracts Manager - Retrofit

Up to £56,000 + Car / Allowance

TS Recruitment are working with a leading Property Services Contractor based in Oxfordshire who are now seeking an experienced Projects or Contracts Manager. Managing Social Housing EWI / CWI (retrofit works).

You'll manage contracts from initial setup to successful completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the first point of contact for clients and subcontractors once a site goes live.

Duties:

• Meet with clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress, quality of work, and adherence to scope.
• Oversee health and safety compliance, preparing necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with Estimators and Quantity Surveyors to track changes and variations.
• Coordinate labour, materials, and resources effectively.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in retrofit works / projects.
• Experience as a Project / Contracts Manager
• Strong IT skills
• Health and Safety qualifications; SMSTS.
• Must live locally and be prepared to commute.
