Responsibilities:

Create project plans with timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to define project goals

Conduct site evaluations and work with design teams on system layouts

Ensure compliance with regulations and obtain necessary permits
-
Oversee installations, manage teams, and maintain high-quality standards
-
Monitor project progress, provide updates, and assess risks
-
Manage the workload of a small team of Solar PV installers
-
Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing any concerns
-
Manage project handover, maintenance, and performance monitoring
Skills and experience required:
-
2+ years of project coordination experience within
construction industry or solar energy
-
Understanding of solar PV systems and/or renewable energy technologies
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, organisation and negotiation skills
-
Solar PV Installer Certification is a plus
