As Graduate Commercial Surveyor , you will help to manage a diverse portfolio from industrial warehouses to city centre offices and retail units across Beds, Herts and the surrounds area.

Key responsibilities include overseeing property inspections, landlord & tenant relations, commercial property sales and deal making, rent reviews, valuations and commercial matters.

You will also need:

• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to property viewings
• A passion for commercial property, ideally with prior experience.
• Locally based in Bedford, St Neots, Milton Keynes or similar areas.
