Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Sales Network to increase conversion and average selling price through the introduction of KPIs & SLAs.
  • Collaborate with the National Training Manager to identify key areas for improvement and develop training packages that will help the sales network exceed KPIs while striving for year-on-year growth.
  • Provide boots-on-the-ground field sales coaching and own the team's number.
  • Monitor and analyze performance, providing guidance to meet the Business Plan and goals.
  • Hold team meetings to ensure sales, quality, processes, and business news are communicated and embedded into the sales network.
  • Play an integral part in the onboarding process.
  • Provide ongoing in-field support to the sales team.
  • Coordinate regular focused sales packages.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards and operational guidelines.
  • Communication and Relationship Management:
  • Work closely with the BDM, Operations Manager, and internal team members to build and maintain strong relationships with current partners.
  • Serve as the in-field point of contact for the sales team (growing to around 8 team members).
  • Work with underperforming sales team members to improve or exit the organization.
  • Create new ways to sell and motivate the team through incentives and sales techniques.

The Person
  • Experience in running a successful field sales team.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A commercial and business-minded coach who can motivate others to achieve targets and goals.
  • Ability to embed culture change.
  • This role will involve traveling and nights in hotels.
