Reed Recruitment are working in partnership with an established and growing business with ambitious expansion plans. Currently generating over £21 million turnover , the business has a clear objective of growing to £28 million , with significant investment already in place. The key focus now is strengthening the sales team with high-calibre sales professionals.

We are looking to recruit 3 Sales Representatives to join a successful and highly motivated sales team.

The Opportunity

This is not a typical sales role.

You will be responsible for managing customers through the entire sales journey, building relationships, identifying opportunities and converting enquiries into sales.

The business offers a premium product, a strong reputation in the market and genuine earning potential for ambitious individuals prepared to put the effort in.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to completion
• Building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
• Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
• Managing your own pipeline and sales activity
• Following opportunities through to successful completion

• Confidence speaking with customers and closing business

This role involves some weekend working, as weekends are often the busiest period for customer appointments and sales activity.
