Job title: Site Supervisor
Location: Norwich
Working hours: Monday–Friday - hours may vary each day.
Salary: £35,000 per annum.
Your new role
Supervise all site-based operatives and oversee all aspects of their work, making sure they are undertaken within the current codes of practice to a high standard.
Undertake site attendance during works on site to oversee the H&S during the construction/works phases.
Induct operatives, arrange welfare arrangements, manage, and assess any potential safety hazards on site with a view to eliminating them.
You will also conduct a regular site inspection and provide a safety programme and work closely with the 3rd party on site managers/supervisors.
What you'll need to succeed
SSSTS / SMSTS certificate and CSCS card.
The ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and plan effectively.
Full UK Driving Licence
