Job Specification: Groundworker with Dumper or Roller Tickets

Location: Norwich, Norfolk

Duration: 6 months
Rate: £19 per hour (CIS or PAYE)

Job Description: We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Groundworker with valid Dumper or Roller tickets for a construction project in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for steady work on a long-term project, lasting approximately 6 months.

Responsibilities:

• General groundworks including excavation, drainage, and foundations.
• Operating dumper or roller machinery on-site.
• Carrying out duties in line with site health and safety protocols.
• Assisting in the setup and preparation of work areas.
• Liaising with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth project progression.
• Keeping the work environment tidy and organized.
• Adhering to company and industry standards for all tasks.

Requirements:

• Must hold valid CPCS or NPORS certification.
• Experience in groundworks and operating heavy machinery (dumper or roller).
• Previous experience on construction sites is essential.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Own transport is preferred due to location.
