Are you looking for an established company within the cooling ad heating sector? We are supporting a largely respected Air Conditioning & Refrigeration business. They service, install, and maintain air conditioning and refrigeration units across the UK. They are searching for a Mechanical Supervisor who will be an expert in Heating, M&E and in particular Gas Safe compliance.
Reporting to the Service Manager and Project Manager, your main purpose will be to oversee the mechanical installations, service, and maintenance requirements for our customers.
A large part of the role will be managing sub-contractors, including sourcing, planning, and allocating jobs as well as making sure that the job is done to the standards expected.
You will plan works including PPM and reactive works, assist in sourcing parts and preparing quotes and conducting site surveys.
Assist in planning new installs ensuring the correct compliance is meet.
You will be the branch Gas Safe compliance expert, making sure that sub-contractors are compliant.
You will form a close relationship with customers, responding to their requests, visiting sites as needed and liaising with them when setting up PPM contracts.
