Project Scope: Internal plastering across a multi-floor office building
Total Area: 1,513 m²
Rate: £22 - £24 per hour (D.O.E)
Project Details:
The project involves plastering internal walls across three floors of a commercial office building. The breakdown is as follows:
Ground Floor (GF):
Area: 504.91 m²
Wall Height: 3.5 meters
First Floor (1F):
Area: 492.66 m²
Wall Height: 4 meters
Second Floor (2F):
Area: 515.5 m²
Wall Height: 6 meters
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for plastering including cleaning, priming, and applying bonding agents as required
Apply plaster to internal walls ensuring smooth and even finishes
Work efficiently across varying wall heights, including up to 6 meters (scaffolding or access equipment will be provided)
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Collaborate with site management and other trades to ensure timely completion
Requirements:
Proven experience as a plasterer on large-scale projects
Ability to work at height safely and confidently
CSCS card
Own tools and PPE
Reliable and punctual
