** SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR - INSIDE IR35 - WATER/UTILITIES EXPERIENCE **

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in the civils and utilities sector to join a tier 1 contractor delivering one of the biggest projects in the UK. This opportunity is for a professional ideally with experience working for a Tier 1 contractor and has managed civils and utilities package, who thrives in managing the commercial aspects of complex infrastructure projects.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of civils and utility projects, overseeing cost management, and working with clients and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget. The role will involve working on site which is North west London based , providing a variety of challenges and opportunities for professional growth.

• Compensation Events Quotation/Project Management Assessment Negotiations
• Subcontractor Procurement
• Subcontractor Management
• Monthly CVR's
• Management of a Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with a focus on water/utilities packages
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage project costs and maximise profits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team of Quantity Surveyors.
