Estates Manager - North West England
£60K - £70K Salary, pension contribution, hybrid working and structured development opportunities
Our client is an infrastructure investor with a portfolio of high profile assets looking for an Estates Manager to ensure the buildings within their portfolio are operational and maintained in accordance with statutory and contractual requirements. Working with a variety of stakeholders to delivery safe and well maintained buildings for the occupants.

Key responsibilities:

Develop effective working relationships with the tenant, asset board, FM contractor and other key stakeholders.

Monitor the delivery of the FM service, in accordance to the contractual arrangements

Monitor all planned and reactive works ensuring adherence to statutory guidance and wider project objectives

Report on FM and contractual performance, attending board level meetings and producing reports to track KPIs, identifying risks and mitigating actions.

Attend regular meetings with the tenant to review contractual compliance.
Experience:
-
A relevant FM qualification or a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience within an FM environment

Experience of PFI would be desirable
-
A technical background (M&E) would be advantageous
Skills:
-
Excellent communication skills, both written and orally.

Experience of chairing meetings with a variety of stakeholders

Ability to manage complex projects
-
Proven experience of producing and delivering management reports at a board level
