• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead asbestos surveys and re-inspections
• Conduct air monitoring and clearance testing
• Oversee removal projects
• Produce technical reports
• Manage client relationships
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Lead project delivery
• Support team development

Essential Requirements

• BOHS P402, P403, P404 qualification
• Extensive surveying experience
• Air monitoring expertise
• Five GCSEs including Maths and English (Grade C+)
• Security clearance eligibility
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication abilities
