Event Crew Member (Full-Time)

Join Our Event Crew

We're an established Audio Visual events company based in NW10, London, delivering high-quality production for a wide range of live events including weddings, corporate functions, charity fundraisers, private celebrations and more.

We're looking for a hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic Event Crew Member to join our growing team. Whether you already have experience in the live events industry or are looking to start a new career, we'll provide full training for the right person.

The Role

As part of our Event Crew, you'll play a key role in delivering and setting up professional audio visual equipment at venues across London. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll help ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Your Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading equipment vehicles
  • Delivering AV equipment to venues across London
  • Setting up and dismantling sound systems and lighting equipment
  • Preparing and testing equipment in our warehouse before events
  • Assisting with onsite team leadership when required
  • Providing a professional and friendly service to clients
  • Packing down equipment and returning it safely to the warehouse
What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Minimum age of 25 years
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
  • Good spoken English and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
  • Quick learner with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Living within a reasonable commuting distance of NW10

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in live events, AV or production (preferred but not essential)

Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Working Hours

This isn't a standard 9-5 role. Our work is based around live events, so flexibility is essential.

Working hours may include:

  • Early mornings
  • Late evenings
  • Weekend work

Some weeks will be busier than others, with longer hours during peak periods. During quieter weeks, you may have several days off while still receiving your full weekly pay.
