Panoramic Associates are supporting a local authority in their search for an
Interim Building Safety Manager
for a
12-month contract
.
Key responsibilities:

Manage Higher Risk Residential Buildings (HRRBs) in line with safety case reports.

Ensure statutory duties and regulatory reporting requirements are met.

Oversee fire risk assessments, building remediation, and compliance with fire safety regulations.
-
Engage with residents to promote building safety awareness.
-
Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with fire and building safety standards.
Requirements:
-
3-5 years
experience in a similar role.
-
NEBOSH Fire Safety
qualification (or equivalent).
-
Membership of
IFE/IFSM
(or equivalent).
-
Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and building compliance.
