Job Title: FLT Operative

Pay Rate: £21.00 per hour (Basic) | £23.00 per hour (Overtime)

Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Operative to work on a busy distribution centre in Hull. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting general site operations, including materials handling, movement of goods, and other duties as required to assist with the efficient running of the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently in line with site protocols

• Load and unload deliveries and distribute materials as instructed

• Assist with site logistics and general labouring tasks when required

• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations

• Maintain a clean and organised working environment

Requirements:

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence

• Valid CSCS, CCNSG or EMSS card (any of the three accepted)

• Previous experience working on construction or industrial sites

• Strong awareness of health and safety on site

• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instruction

Working Hours:
Standard working hours with overtime available at enhanced rates

Rate of Pay:

• Basic: £21.00 per hour

• Overtime: £23.00 per hour
