About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced
Sprinkler Design Engineer
to join our team on an ongoing temp-to-perm basis. This role offers a flexible working arrangement, combining remote design work with periodic site visits to the Manchester Office.
You will be responsible for producing high-quality sprinkler system designs using company-provided software and tablets, as well as attending sites for marking out and surveying duties.
Key Responsibilities

Design sprinkler systems using industry-standard software

Conduct site visits for surveying and marking out installations

Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and compliant designs

Work remotely with occasional travel to Manchester

Ensure all designs meet relevant industry standards and regulations
Requirements

Proven experience as a Sprinkler Design Engineer

LPCB (Loss Prevention Certification Board) qualifications-essential
-
Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and design standards

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Willingness to travel for site visits as required

Standard Hi-Vis required
